**Job Purpose Summary**: Under the direction of the **E-Commerce Director, **the **Content Creator** will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high quality content and video solutions for a diverse range of projects that captures the brand’s voice and engages target audiences on social platforms, websites, in digital advertising efforts and for internal needs.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities** include but are not limited to the following:

- Oversee the planning, production, and editing of videos for the E-commerce, Construction division as well as the retail stores.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Produce product videos for both amazon and owned websites to help increase conversion
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (paid social) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc., to achieve specific performance goals.
- Work closely with other team members to develop creative concepts that drive results.
- Participate in developing creative strategy, brainstorming, and storyboarding for video projects.
- Create content in multiple formats for a variety of placements on various platforms.
- Conduct both on-site and off-site video and photo shoots.
- Stay informed about our industry trends and competitors' social media strategies to identify opportunities in which to improve upon.
- Interact with comments, DMs, and the community through our social media.

**Required** **Competencies & Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in Digital Media, Video, Film Production or related field OR in lieu of degree, related job experience in video production and social media.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and advertising platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail, visual composition, and aesthetics.
- Experience creating content on Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Experience with photography, editing, and video production.
- Capable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies using video advertising.
- Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing project timelines and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effortlessly collaborate with others, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across the organization
- Some experience in graphic design and photo editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to drive as this role requires regular travel from site-to-site.
