**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure they are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall office upkeep.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and report any issues or concerns.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean work environment.
