**Walker Family Health (WFH)** is seeking a passionate and community-minded **Family Physician** to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to establish or relocate your practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care setting serving the Windsor-Essex region.

**Practice Model Options**

We offer flexibility based on your preferences and goals:

- **Sublease model** - established monthly costs for an independent practice.
- **Associateship** - compensation based on a percentage of OHIP billings.

Compensation will vary based on the selected practice model.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive, longitudinal primary care to a rostered patient population, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Perform complete medical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based care plans.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR (PS Suite).
- Participate in mentorship, teaching, or community outreach opportunities, if interested.
- Uphold high standards of medical ethics, professionalism, and cultural competence.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Medical Degree with certification in Family Medicine.
- Active, independent registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
- Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians — we’re looking for the right fit for our team and community.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
