**Sales Manager**

**Location**: Stittsville, Ontario

The **Sales Manager** will manage all sales, advertising, and marketing activities to ensure a positive client experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Sales Component**
- Establish a strong, positive rapport with potential homebuyers
- Work with Management team to create and adjust sales strategy to fit the market
- Respond to all on-line, in person and phone inquiries
- Set up all new leads/client in Mark Systems
- Meet with and discuss options with potential clients
- Review contracts with clients to ensure a mutual understanding
- Turn over client signed APSs for signature

**Marketing Component**
- Collaborate with Marketing partners to keep marketing strategy relevant and current
- Build social media presence
- Responsible for updating and procuring all marketing materials
- Ensure website is up to date and accurate
- Coordinate with Management team to ensure accuracy of lots, models, and pricing

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of the Ottawa area housing market and familiarity of the key industry builders.
- Understanding of the residential construction process.
- Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with internal departments, key business partners, and customers
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Experience in brand recognition and marketing strategies is considered a strong asset
