**JOB PURPOSE**:
The Delivery Lead duties will include:
- Performing system requirement analysis,
- Providing / working on functional and technical analysis,
- Providing guidance and understanding of the user stories and
- Promote global template standards with exceptions for Legal and Regulatory requirements
The Delivery Lead will be the primary liaison to the technology and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
The Delivery Lead will clearly define and manage template scope and ensure that the global template scope is appropriately reflecting the needs of respective business units (plants, warehouses, sales offices etc.).
The Delivery Lead will ensure proper test planning and execution of various test cycles (FUT, SIT, and Regression Testing) and will partner with the Technology teams and business process managers for User Acceptance Testing.
The Delivery Lead will ensure an effective quality assurance management all along the new project deployment.
The Delivery Lead will lead in deploying best in class processes that conforms to audit requirements, creating supporting policies, and drive process changes with global and regional teams.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Be able to communicate persuasively, instill accountability in self and others, leverage as a leader, drive an increase in collaborative behavior and team participation with all stakeholders
- Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline
- Guide and review the quality of project deliverables and ensure proper use of McCain’s project management methodology, standards, tools, processes and procedures
- Responsible for technical planning, coordination between development teams and business needs. It also includes coordination of verification on requirements, validation of requirements, and fielding questions on global design and providing analysis of functional requirements and use cases into technical design specifications.
- Review of business processes and corresponding mapping into IT architecture, create/review documents of business requirements, analyze the requirements for regional/global development needs or integration requirements
- May also recommend improvements in the existing business processes and define regional/global roles for executions
- Map and validate performance indicators after deployments and provide an advisory role in developing a business continuity plan for regions/sites
- Support implementation phase and assist with the development of project requirements, scope and acceptance testing
- Generate business cases and assists in defining project benefits/costs, and participates in project reviews.
- Actively align required global template scope with Regional business process module representatives
- Ensure alignment of template scope with involved business units.
- Clearly define and manage template scope and ensure that the template scope is appropriately reflecting the needs of respective business units (plants, warehouses, sales offices,)
- Understand and promote global template standards to ensure the intended 80-85% level of standardization of processes and data
- Facilitate the development and Implementation of key processes to drive efficiency and standardization across purchasing globally. Will facilitate the development of Detailed Feasibility Studies (DFS) for proposed initiatives including cost of proposed systems and supporting business justification.
- Focus on standard “out of the box” functionality and minimize customization.
- Work on the Project Deliverables and ensure its completeness both on quality and content.
- Assist in evaluation and selection of new software solutions
- Creating/writing tests scripts and working with users to ensure proper system testing
- Monitor status of business readiness activities including training to support local deployments during deployment of new solutions or enhancements

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with all levels within the organization including SLT
**KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES**:
- The Delivery Lead must have a record of having been part SAP global systems implementation project, template development, deployment and roll out initiatives, demonstrating an ability to influence the business to achieve rapid step-change in results.
- The Delivery Lead must have a background in SAP ECC - Purchasing for Direct and SAP - SRM for MRO and Indirect, understanding of COUPA purchasing would be beneficial
