We’re now seeking a **Clinic Manager** who is confident, organized, and approachable — someone who can ensure every patient interaction reflects our high standards of professionalism, compassion, and efficiency.

**About the Role**
As Clinic Manager, you’ll be the heart of our daily operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient experience for both patients and staff. From front desk leadership to inventory management, you’ll help create an environment where men feel supported and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Operations**: Oversee phones, scheduling, patient check-in/out, payments, and reception flow.
- **Scheduling & Flow Management**: Anticipate and resolve conflicts to keep the day running on time.
- **Clinical Coordination**: Partner with our Registered Nurse and Clinic Director for seamless patient handoffs.
- **Inventory & Compliance**: Manage medical and pharmacy stock, vendor relationships, and quality/compliance checks.
- **Team & Culture**: Lead by example to foster a positive, professional team culture. Support staff performance, encourage patient reviews, and ensure the clinic runs at its best every day.
- **Environment**: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the Gameday brand.

**Position Details**

- **Hours**: 40 per week
- **Compensation**: $18.00-$30.00/hour
- **Benefits**: On-site parking
