**THE ROLE**
The Program Support Manager, MFS - MFRC will manage, develop, implement and evaluate MFS-MFRC programs, services and initiatives to meet the needs of the military community and will develop and maintain strategic partnerships within the military and other service delivery agencies.

The Program Support Manager, MFS - MFRC will review programs and services to ensure compliance and consistency with Military Family Services Program (MFSP) and will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and program guidelines as well as lead project teams in the development and implementation of service/support programs and review policies, strategies, regulatory guidelines, programs costs/budgets and evaluation tools
**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED**
Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Family Studies, Education, Management or a related field

AND

Several years of experience in managing family or community development services

Experience

In evidence-based approach for psychosocial services
In client case management
In crisis intervention
In emergency response to critical incidents
In developing and facilitating self-help, therapeutic and support groups
In preparation of briefing materials and presentations
In statistical analysis
In networking with community resources
In working with a multidisciplinary team

Competencies

Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English Essential, Bilingual an asset

Reading: Advanced

Writing: Functional

Oral: Advanced
