Help Our awesome F/T lead receptionist is having a baby and we need to find someone equally awesome to cover her Maternity leave from Sept 2024 to Nov 2025. And we need to find them quick

Our hope is that this new team member will stay on with us in a permanent part-time role at the end of the maternity leave.

At Symphony Brain Performance our team includes Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Clinical Counselling. We have a great team to work with

This is a full time lead position that will cover all aspects of the front desk. You will be responsible for:

- all client scheduling
- greeting clients
- billing different insurance companies
- collecting client payments
- communicating with all therapists
- scanning reports into client charts
- receiving referrals
- working closely with the clinic manager to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- privacy is of utmost importance

Start date: Tuesday Sept 3rd

Hours: 8am - 4pm (ish) Monday to Friday with weekends & stat holidays off

Previous admin experience in a Physio/RMT/Chiro or medical clinic is preferable, JANE experience is even better Must have at least 2 years of recent customer service experience

- is organized and takes pride in their work
- has a good sense of humour
- is not intimidated by working with clients with brain injuries, mobility challenges or difficulty communicating

Wage - starting at $20/hr. with an increase at the 3 month mark

We will be accepting resumes with cover letter **IN PERSON only** Thursday and Friday Aug 22, 23 or Monday to Thursday Aug 26-29 between 9am and 3pm.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
