Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled [**System Analyst]** for one of our clients.

**Position: Systems Analyst - Senior**

**Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)**

**Duration: Long Term Contract**

**Mandatory**:
The resource will be required to travel to multiple dispatch centres/CACCs across the province to uplift the network including LAN & WAN in order to implement the new Telephony solution/Next Generation 911.
- VMware + Infrastructure + Cisco Hyperflex
- VMware, strong knowledge of networking operation
- VMware ESXi networking, vDS, clustering and high availability in virtualized environments
- Windows Active Directory
- DNS (Infoblox or similar)
- Cisco HyperFlex, implementation and support.

**Experience and Skill Set Requirements**

Core Skills
- VMWare (or equivalent virtualization technology) design, implementation and migration experience including the associated vSphere suite of tools.
- Citrix Zen Desktop (or equivalent virtualization technology) design, implementation and migration experience
- Strong experience in managing remote desktops across multiple locations including system support, patching and vulnerability
- Fluent with both Windows, Windows Server Clustering and Virtualization Administration
- IPv6 experience
- OS/Tools Skills:

- Configuration management of devices using automation tools and API scripting with Python
- Docker Containers
- Ansible Tower
- ELK stack
- Netbox
- VMware ESXi networking, vDS, clustering and high availability in virtualized environments
- Windows Active Directory
- DNS (Infoblox or similar)

Technical Skills
- Cisco HyperFlex, implementation and support
- Strong knowledge in IP communications, routing and firewalling including Cisco and Palo Alto Foritnet technologies
- Monitoring / Alerting experience utilizing tools such as PRTG
- Experience with the projects related to 24x7 critical environments and operations
- Quest Kace suite of management software or similar tools
- Azure Administrator Associate Certification or equivalent
- Recent experience in hardware installation/removal in remote locations

Communication and Analytical Skills
- Ability work in agile dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Able to conduct research into issues and products as required
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Experience in Agile/DevOps/Lean IT methodologies
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Related degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or seven to ten years equivalent experience
