**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles.
- Create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational programs and share best practices.
- Support children with special education needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and classroom activities.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to write clear reports and documentation regarding student progress.
- Experience in childcare settings, demonstrating patience and understanding of children's needs.
- Knowledge of special education strategies to assist children with disabilities.
- Passion for educating young minds while fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
- Ability to engage with children creatively while promoting their social skills and emotional well-being.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.86 per hour
