**Reports to**: Manager, Casual Dining

**Role Status**: Full / Part time seasonal

**Key Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Handling of cash
- Opening and closing procedures
- Preparation of specialty coffees
- Set up of display cases
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Serving guests in a prompt and friendly manner
- Providing premium customer service
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Serving it Right Certificate before employment commences
- Specialty coffee experience an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of general health and safety procedures
- We provide training however we require a willingness to learn
- High energy and strong work ethic
- Personable, friendly and outgoing
