Maison Blanc Day Spa is located in the heart of downtown Whitby and is seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our incredible team of beauty experts
Founded in 2012, we opporate one of the top spas in Durham Region. We stride to obtain the ultimate spa experience with world-class customer service and that starts with the front desk personnel.
Our absolute musts:
Must be able to work days, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday
- Minimum 1-2 years Milano Spa Software experience
- Outstanding English - Strong verbal and written communication
- World Class Customer Service
- Reporting to work on time and maintaining excellent attendance record
- You must work well with others, be very organized and reliable.
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/ administration experience.
- Strong, confident phone voice with undeniable compassion and warmth.
- Highly organized, ability to multi-task, takes initiative and has a very positive energy.
- Passionate about all things beauty and maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling client appointments while being minful of staff schedules to avoid conflict.
- Manage inventory, placing product orders, labeling products and merchandising.
- Ensure front reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
- Process client payments efficiently and accurately.
- Greet all clients in a welcoming and friendly manner.
- Advising clients on skin care and body treatments and suggesting suitable take-home regimens.
- General office maintenance and duties, ensuring office supplies are in stock.
- Accepting additional duties openly

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
