**Sommaire**:

- Sous la direction de son gestionnaire, le titulaire effectue les ajustements, les modifications et la maintenance des différents équipements du service du conditionnement en respectant ou en améliorant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et les règles de Santé et Sécurité. Le titulaire peut à l’occasion effectuer le montage et le démontage des équipements lors des différents changements de ligne au conditionnement._

**Fonctions principales**
- S’assure quotidiennement que les machines sont en bon état de fonctionnement et s’assure de leur entretien et correctif.
- S’implique dans l’amélioration continue des équipements et procédures du département tant au niveau de sa participation au projet de réduction du temps de montage, des séances de travail d’équipe, des modifications des équipements que dans l’implantation des recommandations générées.
- Maintient à jour et développe si nécessaire de nouvelles procédures de montage et démontage et participe à la formation des employés travaillant sur les équipements.
- Effectue, à l’occasion, les montages et démontages des équipements lors des différents changements de ligne planifiés selon les procédures établies.
- Se maintient à jour sur la nouvelle technologie et les concepts reliés à son travail par sa participation aux cours de nouveaux équipements en fournissant aux opérateurs le support lors de la mise en marche et de la période de rodage.
- Effectue toute autre tâche connexe à la demande de son superviseur.
- Respecte les exigences des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) et politiques en Santé-Sécurité et Environnement.

**Connaissances et compétences requises**:
**a) Formation requise**

DEC en mécanique ou électromécanique ou DEP avec expérience pertinente

**b) Langues**

Français et anglais

**c) Expérience et connaissances particulières**

Capacité de distinguer convenablement les couleurs

Dextérité manuelle

Capacité de manipuler les contenants servant aux opérations du service

**d) Compétences techniques spécifiques**

Connaissance du système métrique

Compréhension avancée de la mécanique
