Bim Modeler

**Job Overview**

At Core Mechanical, our BIM Modelers have experience as plumbers, because we believe it's best to build models of what you've already built with your hands.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain 3D building information models using software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Collaborate with site managers and foremen to gather project requirements and specifications.
- Create detailed schematics and drafts that accurately represent project designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the modeling process.
- Conduct quality checks on models to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies in BIM modeling to enhance workflow efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- You are a red seal ticketed plumber
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
- Ability to draft detailed schematics and technical drawings with precision.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $85,000.00-$93,000.00 per year
