**Audi Queensway **is currently recruiting a **Shop Foreman** to assist in the leadership of the busy Service team, including Licensed 310S Technicians and Apprentices in pursuit of their 310S. This role requires a 310S License.

- Have your 310S Journeyman's license
- Have experience as Shop Foreman in a dealership environment
- Enjoy and appreciate the exceptional and superior Audi brand
- Experience with Audi and/or German auto experience
**Responsibilities**:
- Maximize shop efficiency, productivity and quality control
- Spot-check quality control with special emphasis on Customer Service Satisfaction vehicles
- Road test vehicles with customers to determine specific concerns whenever the need arises
- Investigate all comeback vehicles and verify that the concerns are resolved
- Assist in the diagnosis and repair of vehicle problems as required
- Maintain contact with the manufacturer Technical Department to resolve any technical issues, as required
- Assist in work distribution according to customer promise times and technician skill level
- Promote customer satisfaction for a positive effect on CSI scores at all times
- Maintain communications with the Service Manager and Service Advisors at all times
- Supervise apprentice training and evaluate progress accordingly
**Qualifications**:
- Ideally, ten (10) years in Dealership and/or after-market setting
- 310S License
- Experience in diagnostics and repairs with import vehicle makes
- strong product knowledge
- strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs
- Good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- General Service Department in a dealership is required for this role
- Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record
