**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personalized Service: Responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Ensure outstanding service by creating a friendly environment. Providing personalized beauty consultations to customers, offering product recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
- Customer Engagement: Inform customers about ongoing promotions, events, and complementary products.
- Social Connection: Encourage customers to follow our social media channels and join our loyalty points program.
- Sales Goals: Consistently meet personal and store sales targets, supporting overall team performance.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and appealing product displays.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Communicate product inventory issues and support merchandising efforts.
- Daily Operations: Complete daily duty lists and tasks as assigned by management.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management team.

- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation des présentoirs.
- Communiquer clairement les besoins ou problèmes liés aux stocks.
- Compléter les tâches quotidiennes assignées par la direction.
