**About the Role**

Are you passionate about driving efficiency and innovation in the telecom industry? At Encepta, we're looking for a proactive Scheduler to support our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) deployment team. This role is critical in coordinating project schedules, managing tasks across multiple teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of key project phases. You’ll have the opportunity to streamline processes and help deliver high-quality fiber network solutions to communities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Receive Work & Validation**: Receive incoming work requests, validate the requirements, and ensure all necessary details are captured before tasks are assigned. Maintain clear communication with team leads to confirm that all prerequisites are in place for teams to begin their work.
- **Schedule Creation & Management**: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule that aligns with project milestones and deliverables across all teams. Ensure the schedule is regularly updated with task progress, resource availability, and timeline changes to keep the project on track. Prepare client-facing reports and update shared trackers to ensure transparent communication of progress.
- **Risk Management**: Monitor ongoing work to identify bottlenecks, risks, and emerging issues. Maintain an updated risk register.
- **Tool Development & Process Improvement**: Collaborate with project teams to identify areas where new tools or process improvements can enhance delivery. Assist in the development or refinement of tools, templates, and systems that streamline work processes, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent project execution

**What We're Looking For**
- Excellent knowledge in planning and scheduling across multiple teams or projects.
- 4-6 years experience as planner or scheduler.
- Demonstrated organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems for tracking tasks and progress.
- Excel in creative problem-solving, embracing new technologies and methods to enhance efficiency.
