**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive, emotional, and physical development in infants.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and developmental achievements.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Provide leadership in the classroom, guiding support staff and volunteers as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all activities are conducted smoothly within scheduled periods.
- Utilize computer operation skills for documentation and communication purposes.

**Experience**:

- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.
- Experience working in a classroom setting with infants is preferred.
- Familiarity with special education practices is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills to foster a positive team environment.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple tasks within the classroom.
