**Longworth Properties Limited (formerly Pye Apartments) is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician.**

Are you a maintenance pro with a knack for fixing anything and everything or do you have an aptitude for DIY and interest in learning new skills? Does the idea of doing something a little bit different everyday appeal to you? We are a growing property rental & management company seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to take on the important role of keeping our apartments in top condition.

The key responsibility will be maintaining the daily upkeep and repair of our properties, ensuring that our residents have comfortable and safe homes.

**What we need from you**:

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on apartments, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and general carpentry
- Landscaping & snow removal
- Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise
- Proactively identify and address potential maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

**We hire attitude over aptitude, but we do have a few non-negotiables**:

- Valid Driver’s License & Acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Clean criminal background check
- Willingness to learn - this is a role that will have you facing new challenges often and we need a team player is willing to learn and adapt

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
