We are currently seeking Long Haul Class 1 Company Drivers for our Flat Deck Division. You only Tarp 5% or less for our loads plus we pay You to Tarp. With over 80 years of experience behind us, we are one of the largest asset-based carriers in Western Canada. As part of the Continental team, you will primarily be delivering deck freight to large construction projects throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC and NWT.

**Requirements**:
- Class 1 driving with 2 years experience specifically in flat deck and step deck
- Super B deck experience
- Winter Driving Experience
- Current commercial driver's abstract
- Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test
- Criminal Background Check
**Responsibilities**:
- Operate company vehicle in a safe manner following all company rules and regulations
- Receive load information from dispatch, via onboard satellite system
- Ensure proper load securement
- Tarping under 3% and we pay you to Trap
- Deliver loads to customers in a timely manner
- Some customized work opportunities based on driver’s preference
