**Overview**

This position requires someone with **medium-level technical ability**, capable of performing minor repairs, troubleshooting machine issues, and assisting our service team when needed. Strong responsibility, customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

**ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Transportation**
- Pick up and deliver customer orders across assigned routes safely and efficiently.
- Handle product boxes weighing up to **35 lbs**, including multiple boxes per delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure safety and readiness.
- Capture **Proof of Delivery (POD)** and delivery updates using the company CRM app.
- Maintain accurate transportation logs and delivery documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, operations, and clients regarding delivery status or issues.

**Warehouse Support**
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse operations including:

- Inventory counts
- Stock organization
- Receiving shipments
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational issues promptly.

**Technical Responsibilities**
- Perform **minor repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting** on Tea/Coffee machines.
- Assist with machine setup, swaps, and basic diagnostics (training will be provided).
- Identify mechanical or operational issues and escalate complex repairs to the service team.
- Use tools and follow safe repair procedures confidently.

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience in delivery driving, courier work, or route driving.
- Ability to lift and move 35 lb boxes repeatedly.
- Experience with mobile apps, CRM systems, or digital POD tools is an asset.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred (inventory, handling goods, organizing stock).
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications**
- Valid **Ontario G Driver’s License**:

- **Clean Driver’s Abstract** (mandatory)
- Strong mechanical aptitude (medium technical skill level)
- Ability to lift and transport 35 lb boxes safely
- Comfortable using smartphone-based apps and completing digital tasks

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
