**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience from first contact to vehicle delivery
- Handle online, phone, and in-person sales inquiries with professionalism and energy
- Conduct in-store and off-site vehicle demonstrations and client deliveries
- Guide customers through the entire sales process including F&I, paperwork, and follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with Genesis vehicles and competitive market offerings
- Work independently as part of a tight-knit, passionate team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in sales and customer service (automotive experience is an asset)
- Excellent people skills - friendly, approachable, and confident
- Strong selling ability - able to sell the **value** of the vehicle, not just the price
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with numbers and financial discussions
- Team player with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
- Professional-level English required (second language is an asset)

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays as needed
- Flexibility to adjust hours based on customer appointments or dealership needs
