**Job Title**: Part-Time Dental Receptionist - Family Dental Office

We are a small, well-established **family dental practice** located in the Bayview and Cummer area. Our close-knit team is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We're currently looking for an **extra pair of capable hands at the front desk** to support our team and help us continue providing smooth, professional service to our patients.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Answering phones and handling patient inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Managing recalls and patient follow-ups
- Communicating with dental insurance providers
- General administrative support for the front desk team

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience working in a dental office** is required
- Familiarity with **Tracker dental software** is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and professional attitude

**Schedule**:

- Part-time hours (specific days/times to be discussed)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.83-$29.57 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
