Nepean, Canada Provis Rudd Endoscopy Clinic Full time

**Working with patients and helping in dressing up post procedure with supervision of the nurse.**
- **Ensuring the health, safety, welfare, and independence of clients**
- **Ensures that work area is clean, always sanitize and free of clutters.**
- **Changing and cleaning the stretchers after each patient**
- **Helping the nurse to transport patient in and out of the procedure room.**
- **Ensuring that the lines are enough for the day and the next day procedures.**
- **Adhering to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations set by the province or territory**
- **Follows quality assurance standards as directed by Provis Rudd Clinic’s policies and Procedures and IHF guidelines and other applicable quality standards.**
- **Assists patients in completing documentation;**
- **Accompanies patients to treatment area and to recovery room after treatment in a timely and safe manner;**
- **Communicates with patients, their family and care takers;**
- **Ensures that patient is escorted to exit when dismissed/ assist with 911 transfer**
- **Keeps nursing staff informed of patient location at all times.**
- **Performs designated supporting tasks assigned by Nurse Supervisor or Nursing**
- **Leader to assist the flow of the clinic;**
- **Assists with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.**
- **Autoclaves surgical equipment from all procedure rooms**
- **Assists Sterile Processing Technician, if required**

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
