**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair various types of Water Treatment equipment and systems in the field
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and provide solutions
- Document all service activities, including repairs and replacements
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone or in person
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical manuals
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Understanding of low voltage systems is beneficial
