There is opportunity for growth We help our employees become subcontractors and pay them for piecework. Our subcontractors earn $12K-$15K per month.
- Complete installations on schedule, with the highest level of quality
- Communicate with clients, maintaining good working relationships
- Work at heights and on sloped surfaces
- Possess a valid driver’s license and preferably their own transportation
- WSIB eclearance
- Valid Working at Heights Certification for all crew members

**Salary**: $17-$55/hour

We offer competitive rates, year-round work, and a friendly working environment.
