We as a Service Industry company are always looking for reliable PART-TIME - FULL TIME workers. We are looking for individuals who enjoy being able to provide a valuable cleaning service to many places in the Lower Mainland

**Requirements**:
Must be bondable, and pass a criminal record check

Must have own vehicle and Valid drivers license

**Must have One year of experience**

**Must be able to lift 50lbs (pounds)** - you will become very fit in just a few months - exercise embedded in your work day.making it un-necessary to get exercise after work.

Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, morning - as hours vary
- 20 - 40 hours a week

Must speak, read and write English

Must be able to operate: Industrial vacuum cleaners,/power sweepers, Carpet Cleaning portable & truck mount, Polishing machines, Waxing Machine, Security system, upholstery cleaning equipment.

Must be able to Sweep, Mop, scrub and wax floors, hallways and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris, wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures,

Work with mínimal supervision - so must be dependable & reliable.

After 3 months probation, Health benefits will be offered and use of a company Van ( if available )
