Independent Minivan

**Overview**

ZenRoute Express Inc. is seeking reliable **Minivan and Cargo Van Owner Operators** to join our growing last-mile delivery network. As an independent contractor, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries for our clients. As an independent driver, YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN MINIVAN, VAN. You will get paid per stop (50-100 stops per day). 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).

**Duties**
- Pick up and deliver packages along assigned routes in a timely manner
- Load and unload parcels efficiently, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery records using mobile apps
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers when required
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including heavy lifting and moving of materials.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a **Minivan or Cargo Van** (model must meet delivery standards).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages (up to **50 lbs**).
- Smartphone with data plan for route navigation and communication.
- Previous delivery experience is an asset but not required.
