Winnipeg, Canada Manitoba Non-Profit Housing Association Full time

**Position Summary**:
The Rent Relief Team Support position plays a vital role in supporting the Rent Relief Fund, a program of MNPHA, that provides no-interest loans and resources to ensure housing stability for tenants in Manitoba. This flexible, cross-functional position will provide coverage across departments during staff absences and times of increased program demand.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Program Support - Housing Stability & Rental Assistance_
- Assist with client intake and screening for rental assistance eligibility.
- Support the role of Housing Stability Coordinator by providing intake and support for participants who visit the office in-person or casework overflow.
- Help prepare and track disbursements or loan documentation under staff direction. Administrative Support
- Support Office Coordinator to provide accurate information regarding the Rent Relief Program to drop in participants.
- Provide support with data entry, appointment reminders, and internal reports.
- Provide administrative support as needed to the Rent Relief Program team.
- Assist Finance Department with database entries.
- Operational Support _
- Fill in for staff across the organization when needed.
- Help maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Support event logistics, mailings, and special projects as requested.
- Attend outreach events as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in administration. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfort using databases, spreadsheets, and common office software.
- Commitment to equitable housing access and community-centered values.

**Work Environment & Schedule**
- F/T (Monday-Friday)
- On site in MNPHA’s office downtown
