Langley, Canada Xpedient Logistics ULC Full time

Xpedient is looking for a Delivery Driver, shift is Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00, alternating Saturday 09:00-13:00. Knowledge of Langley, BC and surrounding areas is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers' homes or businesses
- Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
- Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles
- Use navigation tools to find the most efficient routes
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays to the appropriate personnel
- Stage orders / pick orders / clean up

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Must be able to lift heavy packages, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their packages in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for safely transporting packages, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating any issues or delays that may arise during the delivery process. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift heavy objects, and a valid driver's license.
