We are seeking a detail-oriented Sign Shop Production Assistant to help us create high quality signs in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll be an essential part of our production team, ensuring our signs are completed to a high degree of quality and delivered on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain equipment such as plotters, laminators, large-format printers, and laser cutters
- Prepare materials for CNC cutting or printing by cleaning and measuring sheets
- Conduct quality checks to ensure signs meet client expectations
- Occasionally assist in installing signs and graphics at client sites
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and keep the workspace organized

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; extra technical training or certifications are a bonus
- Experience in a sign shop or related field is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with sign-making equipment and software (like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW) is a big plus
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
