**Job description**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide quality care to clients, at the direction of the LPN coordinator, for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Provide nursing services which may include, but are not limited to:

- Vital signs
- IM & subcutaneous injections
- Wound care management
- Foley catheter insertions and removals
- G-tube feedings
- Maintain appropriate client records and documentation.
- Maintain current registration in good standing with CLPNA.

**Qualifications**
- Must agree to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, an active practice permit with the CLPNA.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be reliable, flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Current CPR & First Aid is a must.
- A clear criminal record check that has been obtained in the last 90 days is required.

Mandatory rotation of 12 on, 2 off

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
