What We Are Looking For: Forman and Leadhand

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Leading and supervising crew in day-to-day operations
- Proven experience of a landscape leadhand or forman
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Adapt at operating machinery
- Ability to read an execute landscape drawings
- Valid drivers licence
- Knowledge of planting ( Definite asset)

- Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape construction: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
