**Position Overview**:
An Assistant Fitness Manager operates with speed and urgency in delivering results through member integration, programming, and development. The Fitness Consultant is a key member of our team and is responsible for assisting the Personal Training Manager with daily department operations (sales, scheduling, training), and delivering a “WOW” experience for everyone.

**Responsibilities include**:

- To Sell and assist in managing the sales and performance of the PT department.
- To ensure clear and on-going communication between the Membership and PT Departments.
- Adhere to all standard PT departments practices and policies.
- Ensure the PT department delivers excellent members service exceeding their expectations.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in personal training, sales, and management is essential.
- Excellent execution...takes prompt and assertive action to accomplish objectives
- Leads by example with all member engagement programs and services
- Maintains high standards so club is maintained in pristine condition
- Mobilizes to innovate and problem solve
- Persuasive, candid communicator who encourages open dialogue
- Demonstrates integrity and judgment that inspires trust
- Drives self to achieve extraordinary results
- Demonstrates confidence, humility and kindness mixed with humor and fun
- Proven experience in personal training, sales, and management is essential.
- You should be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. In-depth knowledge of fitness equipment, nutrition, and exercise physiology is expected.
- Above all, you should be dedicated to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
