**About this role**

We are recruiting for a **Project Coordinator** to join our Cowichan District Hospital Replacement Project Team on Vancouver Island, working from our **onsite office in Duncan**, BC. **This is a 2-year Fulltime Temporary opportunity.**

**Your responsibilities**
- Provide efficient organizational support to site team leads and project managers
- Track shipments for orders, track backorders, and keep on top of suppliers for delivery of materials
- Organize drawings, ensure proper electronic filing in project management software and distribute as needed
- Manage documentation library
- Assist with work progress tracking and labour reports
- Maintain accounts held in multiple external portals
- Coordinate and organize training, meetings, and demonstrations

**Your experience and skills**
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration or office related position
- Experience managing document control, file management, scheduling, data entry, minute taking
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in the construction industry, contract administration, and legal knowledge considered an asset
