Hamilton, Canada Next Level Escape Rooms Full time

Team Members are responsible for operating Escape Room games and enhancing the player’s experience by providing excellent customer service.

You need to be extremely comfortable communicating and working with our guests throughout their entire escape room experience and will also be contributing toward a dynamic team working in a fast paced work environment.

Job Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older (legal age to work alone in Ontario)
- Greet our guests in the lobby upon arrival
- Perform cash/debit/credit transactions
- Lead guests to the game room and clearly explain the rules of the game
- Monitor guests' activity during the game and engage via Walkie Talkie and computer screens.
- Clean and maintain designated work areas, washrooms
- Self-motived to complete small fixes of props (paint, tape, glue)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take verbal instructions over the phone
- Provide enthusiastic services for all guests
- Have an upbeat, pleasant, positive and professional attitude.
- Reset the game room for the next group of guests.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work (including holidays)
- Must live less than 30 minutes from Next Level Escape Rooms
- Must be available to work weekends and stat holidays.
- Must be able to provide repairs to puzzles/props if required.

Regular Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday (3:30PM - 11:00PM)

Friday - (3:30PM - 12AM)

Saturday - (11:30AM - 12:00AM)

Sunday - (12:30PM - 11:00PM)

We are typically closed 2 days in the year. Christmas Eve at 6pm and Christmas Day. We choose to remain open on Stat Holidays (11:30am-11:00pm) to provide entertainment and joy to friends and families in our community.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
