We are currently recruiting a Bilingual Immigration Intake Analyst in our Toronto office.

The Bilingual Immigration Intake Analyst is responsible for the following:

- Perform a range of case intake matters including drafting correspondence and other basic documentation, compiling and summarizing data
- Learns about the various types of immigration matters
- First point of contact with clients and demonstrates strong client service
- Is fluent with case management and/or other reporting tools and technologies used to manage data and information
- Meets assigned deadlines and communicates case progress/status/issues to Manager
- Follows instructions from lawyers and Manager and is given guidance and direction.
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding task and assignments
- Ability to contribute to positive work environment

Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

- Law Clerk or Paralegal license coupled with a university degree preferred.
- Experience working in business immigration preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Has achieved a high level of productivity in past roles.
- Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
- Tech savvy with experience working with client management systems or data bases.

We work in a Hybrid model of 2 days at the office and 3 days at home.
