**Responsibilities You'll Take On**:

- Conduct in-process and final inspections of window and door products to verify compliance with specifications, technical drawings, and finish standards.
- Inspect incoming materials (glass, vinyl & hardware) to ensure conformity to quality requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective measures in accordance with company procedures.
- Recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and work practices to enhance product quality.

**Minimum Qualifications We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial quality control environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and visual inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
