Vancouver, Canada ITC Construction Full time

This role is a vital part of the team on our job sites. This position performs various duties in the completion of our building projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Work under the direction/supervision of the Site Superintendent
- Loading and unloading materials, cleanup, and miscellaneous duties
- Assembling or breaking down structures
- Familiarity with the materials, tools, and machinery used
- Team oriented, ability to communicate effectively with co-workers
- Ensure all safety standards are followed when working on construction job sites
- Remove, fill, or compact earth

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Basic construction knowledge on Structures, Building Envelopes, Finishes.
- Understanding of the ITC Brand and Value Proposition.
- Ability to communicate, liaise and work in conjunction with Owners, Trades and Consultants.
- Good communication skills.

**Experience / Qualifications**
- The labourer must have a minimum one year of construction experience
- Ability to work at a variety of locations
- Must be open to performing physical activities (Lifting equipment up to 50 lbs)
- Demonstrated ability to safely use manual tools and equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Work individually and in teams
