We are looking for a full time line cook with the experience and confidence to act as a leader through our busy lunch and dinner shifts. While our kitchen is small, our output is mighty and our relationships between staff members and with our customers is unmatched. We offer a bi-weekly tip pool and a retention bonus after 6 months in good standing. Starting wage can be negotiated based on experience.

Shifts start as early as 10:00am and the restaurant closes at 10:30pm (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed), 11:00pm (Thur, Fri), or midnight (Sat). The kitchen team is usually out within a half hour of the restaurant closing. Your schedule will consist of a mix of days and nights, including closes. We are also understanding of your personal life and will work with you to set a semi-regular schedule that works for you.

Job duties are fairly standard, and consist of:

- Preparing menu items and meeting dietary requirements to our high-quality standard.
- Following recipe and presentation specifications to “wow” our guests.
- Prioritizing the safe use of all equipment and adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Cleaning and maintaining your station and maintaining food inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fonthill, ON L0S 1E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
