Job Title: Project Manager

Environment:
Additionality, Converge deploys, supports, and maintains on-premise infrastructure and cloud services for a number of clients across North America, including networking, point of sale, IAAS, and SAAS components, with a team comprised of both full-time deployment engineers and on-premise installation partners.

As part of the Project Management & Coordination team you'll be expected to...

Produce and maintain accurate project schedules and understand schedule resources loading

Work with client sales executives in the preparation of costing and proposal documents.

Develop schedule for submissions, delivery, installation, and inspection, ensuring coordination with project schedule.

Identify potential project conflicts and discrepancies and proactively work towards a resolution.

Evaluate project performance; identify, analyze & provide solutions to possible challenges

Provide management with accurate & timely information

Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills.

Work with mínimal supervision.
- Five plus (5+) years experience managing multiple small to medium scale technical deployments for more than one client at a time
- Experience with project management of IT infrastructure deployment in enterprise environments
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Prior work experience in a hand-on IT related role (network, workstation, server, storage, cloud)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and nonverbal).
- Solid teamwork skills
- A self-motivated work ethic, with a can-do attitude and is customer-service oriented

Additional skillsets that would be considered an asset:

- Any prior experience with technical project management
- A university degree/college diploma in Computer Science or Business or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Inside sales activities and sales tracking processes
- Experience working with OpenAir
