We provide a wide range of clinical services, including therapy and assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. **Who we are looking for**:
We are currently seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (or Social Worker) for full-time, part-time, parental leave replacement or independent contractor positions at our head office in Ajax, ON. Clinicians interested in working from their private practice locations in the GTA and Peterborough area will also be considered.
- A minimum of a master's degree in clinical or counselling psychology, mental health counselling, social work, or related discipline.
- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) preferred; RP (Qualifying) may also be considered. 
- Registered Social Workers with experience and training in psychotherapy will also be considered. 
- At least one year of clinical experience.
- The ability to work independently with a variety of client populations. The ability to work with children, adolescents, and adults is an asset but not required.
- A good understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT, and experience treating trauma and PTSD is an asset. 
- Clinical experience in several therapeutic models with a diverse approach to treatment and theoretical orientation. Experience and training in psychodynamic approaches and personality disorders are an asset.
- Assessment experience, including Med-Legal and/or psychoeducational assessments an asset.
- Ability to work well under the supervision of a registered psychologist. Ongoing clinical supervision and training will be provided.
- Availability to work during standard business hours, with flexibility for some evening appointments. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as assessment and progress report writing are required. Proficiency in a second language is an asset but not required.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada on an ongoing basis. 
- The ability to provide in-person services at our head office in Ajax, ON or in their private practice location. While some remote work will be involved, this is largely an in-person and not a remote position.
