We are currently seeking to add Landscape Construction Workers to our fantastic team. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and are passionate about creating amazing outdoor spaces. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and learn from experts in the field of landscape construction.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Construction of retaining walls, paving, pathways, garden beds, and hardscapes, concrete work, gates, decks, fences, and water features.
- Grading, drainage, planting of trees, shrubs, container stock, installing lawn, and installing irrigation
- General labour, site clean-up, dig trenches, unloading and moving building materials
- Mobile equipment operation (skid steers, mini excavators)

**Selection Criteria**
- Fit, energetic, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a construction trade
- Good references. Two required and will be checked from the last two roles
- Comfortable in a physically demanding role and happy to work outside year-round

**Other information**
- Hours: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week
- Days: Monday to Thursday (10 HRS DAYS)
- Vacation: Two weeks paid, one week closed over Christmas
- Pay: $ Highly competitive based on experience
- Location: Bowen Island, BC
