**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install a variety of flooring types: _**Carpet, Carpet Tile, Sheet Vinyl, Commercial Vinyl, and able to do welding/coving.**_
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting flooring materials.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on flooring options.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation to ensure timely project completion.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related maintenance person/carpentry work is required.
- Minimum 5 years of installation experience.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment associated with flooring installation.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately is essential for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid WCC number and GST number
- Referrals, pictures or a portfolio, and references required

**Payment Information**
- Hold Back: Accrued up to $2,500.00
- Pay is on the 15th and 30th each month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $850.00-$2,000.00 per week
