PACE Counselling and Wellness Group is a thriving group practice located in the heart of Mississauga. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals, couples, and families. Our team of skilled clinicians works collaboratively to help clients achieve their goals in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide individual psychotherapy to children (ages 4+) and adolescents using evidence-based approaches.
- Facilitate family therapy sessions to support positive communication and family dynamics.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of children and their families.
- Utilize child-centered therapeutic modalities (e.g., play therapy, CBT, DBT, art therapy) to engage younger clients.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support treatment goals and strategies for continued growth at home.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

There are many different shifts available including: daytime, evening and weekend shifts.

The in-person position is seeking someone with afterschool /evening and weekend availability and we can work with you to create a dream job
