We are searching for a Concierge to join our Parkland Ajax team based in Ajax, Ontario.

**Approximate hourly wage**: $19.05-$20.70

About the Opportunity

Ensures reception area of campus is in adherence to brand standards at all times
Communicates with chauffeur when resident is ready for pick up
Answers internal and external phone calls and processes requests according to Parkland policies and procedures
Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and in accordance with Parkland policies and procedures
Provides assistance to residents in transporting personal belongings to their suite
Supports the Administrative team for clerical needs
Enters resident maintenance service requests into appropriate software
Performs a wide variety of typing assignments, and operates the computer to enter data, edit, revise, and, create memos, tables, and other material.
Monitors fire and security alarm panels, follows safety and security duties as per facility policy.
Prepares photocopies and facsimiles, sorts and distributes incoming/outgoing mail.

About You

In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
High School /GED completion.
Excellent computer skills and experienced well in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous hospitality/customer service experience an asset especially with seniors.
Required to be available for day, evening and weekend shifts.
A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
