Spray Technician

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and maintain spray equipment (walk-behind and ride-on units)
- Follow all Ontario Ministry of Environment and workplace safety guidelines
- Monitor turf conditions and report issues to the management team

**Qualifications & Requirements**

Required:

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting equipment and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings

**Preferred (Not Required)**:

- Ontario Pesticide Applicator License (Landscape / Exterminator)
- Previous golf course or turf maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude with turf equipment

**Education/Experience**:

- High School diploma or general education degree.
- Prefer golf course experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Additional Comments**:

- Ability to work in all kinds of weather
- Shift starts at 5:30am
