**Responsibilities**:

- Manage turnaround activities to meet project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support scope, schedule, and resource planning with the Superintendent.
- Coordinate communication between maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractors.
- Oversee tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, address delays, and track performance metrics.
- Ensure readiness of materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Lead progress reviews and resolve emerging issues.
- Maintain detailed activity records and report to senior management.
- Enforce safety protocols during turnaround activities.
- Contribute to post-turnaround reviews and improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with turnaround processes in industrial environments.
- Proficient in SAP, Maximo, or Primavera P6.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
