**The opportunity**:
KPMG's Microsoft Practice is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform Architect to participate in implementations for D365 solutions.
The KPMG Microsoft practice is currently our fastest growing practice. We are seeing tremendous client demand in many different sectors and we don't anticipate that slowing down in the next couple of years. **What you will do**
The Microsoft Power Platform Architect will be comfortable in all aspects of Project delivery including solution design, development, technical specs, prototyping, requirements definition, technical support, integration support, and more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions on the Dynamics 365 / Power Platfowm.
- Assist the functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provides design guidance for Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform projects.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Project.
- Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs within Dynamics 365 CE.
- Respond to pre-sales and technical questions and provide product, technical, and business expertise and assist team to prepare and present tailored software demonstrations.
- Provide best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
- Ability to be client-facing including effectively communicating with the client, leading meetings, and capturing and distributing action items.
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and related technologies, particularly Power Platform and Azure cloud technologies that support the solution.
**What you bring to the role
- 5+ years of hands-on experience of building solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform.
- Proven experience as either a technical lead, technical architect or solution architect with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
- Extensive experience with the.NET Framework, C# development and various JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as vue.js, React and Typescript.
- Familiar with Microsoft SQL based technologies such as SSIS and SSRS.
- Experience developing integrations directly with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
- Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users
- Holds a Security Clearance
