**Job Title: Sanitation - Housekeeping (Day Shift 06:00am - 02:30pm)**

**Reports To**: Sanitation Supervisor/QA Manager

**Position Overview**:
Crust Craft is a commercial production Bakery seeking a dedicated and reliable **Sanitation Housekeeper**quality-focused team. This role is critical to our operation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained throughout our BRCGS-certified plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed cleaning in Production and Operational areas, offices and common areas.
- Lunchroom: clean tables, counters, appliances and cabinets.
- Laundry: sort, wash, dry, fold, and put away facility laundry. Ensure laundry equipment is clean and report any maintenance needs.
- Restock supplies in common areas, including sanitizers, soap, etc.
- Vaccuum, mop floors in all office spaces.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or sanitation role preferred.
- Knowledge of BRCGS certification standards and HACCP principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Understanding of safety protocols, including the safe handling of chemicals.
- Ability to read and interpret safety data sheets (SDS) and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift, push, and pull.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
- Comfort working in a plant environment that may be dusty, noisy, wet, or humid.

**Working Conditions**:

- Morning shift schedule 06:00 AM to 02:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
- 8-hour, Saturdays for locker clean up as needed.
- Work in compliance with plant hygiene and safety standards.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and disinfectants (PPE provided).
- Cold, damp, and occasionally slippery working environment.
